DELUX FUTA CHALLENGE - CLASS III-V INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM
The Deluxe Futa Challenge is our most popular trip and is considered by many to be the finest whitewater kayaking trip in the world. Because of our incredibly low guide to guest ratio of 3:1, we can effectively group paddlers of similar abilities, which allows our world-class guides to safely push your abilities without shoving. As some of the most acknowledged instructors in the world, they also can't help passing on some of the tricks and techniques that will elevate your paddling along the way. After the day on the water, you'll return to the comforts of our base camp. After four days of running different sections of the Fu, we'll head up to the town of Futaleufu to start our two-day trip with a night spent at the magical Cave Camp.
Your Week includes:
The Delux program include: greetings and personalized service at the airport in Puerto Montt, return flight between Puerto Montt and Chaiten, transport in a private comfortable van to our base camp, 6 full days of world-class instruction, 7 nights of accommodation (private riverside cabannas) and all meals, the kayak of your choice, an exclusive overnight trip on the Upper Futaleufu (with option to bypass Inferno Canyon), use of all camp facilities, access to horseback riding tours, rafting, fishing and hiking trips and a farewell fiesta with a traditional lamb-roast on Sunday night.
