Terminator: Class V ‘Terminador’ as locals say, is the longest and largest rapid of the Futaleufu and easily one of the most incredible pieces of whitewater in the world. It takes on a large and powerful nature and is very intimidating. Terminator is as technical as class V big water gets. The mighty Terminator is 800 meters long, 100 meters wide, and drops 18 meters of gradient from top to bottom. The entire rapid is mined with holes, boils, weird and wild eddylines, and huge waves making an obvious line hard to find. While scouting you quickly start to see many different lines to run. Some easy, some requiring skills.
